This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent No.4 in not proceeding further on the notice dated 09.03.2018 issued under Section Cr.P.C.

in M.C.No.8/2018 with regard to the property to an extent of Ac.25.26 cents situated in Survey No.195 of E.Gokavaram Revenue Village, Prathipadu Mandal, East Godavari District. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue basing on written instructions submits that in pursuance to the notice dated 06.03.2018, proceedings initiated under Section 145 Cr.P.C. were closed.

In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Recording the submissions of learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
