This appeal is filed against the judgment and decree, dated 10.12.1991, in O.S.No.86 of 1983 (O.P.No.197 of 1982) on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Karimnagar.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for both the parties are not present.
