Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home for the State of Telangana. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The present Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the of the 1st respondent in considering the representation dated 12.06.2017 made by the petitioner for extension of parole for a period of two months w.e.f. 20.06.2017.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts her prayer seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation, dated 12.06.2017, made by the petitioner, seeking extension of parole. The same is not seriously opposed by the learned Government Pleader, however, submits that if the said representation is still pending consideration, the same may be directed to be disposed of. 4.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation, dated 12.06.2017, made by the petitioner seeking extension of parole for a
