THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL APPEAL No.817 of 2010 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This appeal is filed by A1 in Sessions Case No.66 of 2006, on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Tract Court), Sangareddy, against the judgment, dated 17.06.2010, whereby he was convicted for the offence punishable under section 302 r/w.149 IPC and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for life and to pay a fine of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only), in default, to suffer simple imprisonment for six months.

At the hearing, Smt.C.Vasundhara Reddy, representing Sri Palle Srijharinath, learned counsel for the appellant, submitted that during the pendency of the appeal, the appellant died.
