126 Restaurant, v. The State Of Telangana,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.12395 of 2016 ORDER:
The prayer of the petitioner in this case is as under: "That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an order, orders direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare action of the respondent No.4 illegal and arbitrary being violative of the Article 14, 19 and 21 of the constitution of India and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice." There is no indication as to what action of the fourth respondent is causing grievance to the petitioner, whereby he approached this Court.
A general and vague prayer, as is presented in this case, cannot be acted upon.
The writ petition is dismissed on this short ground. This order shall however not preclude the petitioner from filing a writ petition with a proper prayer.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
