HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1605 OF 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 18.08.2016 in W.P.No.15278 of 2012 wherein this Court directed the respondents to declare the results and take appropriate steps in accordance with law. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader submits that an order was passed on 07.11.2017 pursuant to the order dated 18.08.2016.

In view of the same, no further orders are required and the contempt case is closed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
