THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.R.P.No.225 of 2016 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 01.12.2015 in I.A.No.182 of 2014 in O.S.No.68 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Chittoor. 2.

As per the list furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 07.12.2017. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the very purpose of filing this revision has become infructuous.

In view of the same, the C.R.P. is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
