ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner/accused, seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.132 of 2015 of Abid Road Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 506 IPC and 156(3) Cr.P.C, against him.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/accused and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.

3. Having perused the material on record, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings, where the further investigation of the crime can be interrupted. However, taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court feels it appropriate to direct the investigating officer concerned to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible.

4. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the investigating officer concerned to complete the investigation, within a period of three (3) months from today. Till then, the petitioner/accused shall not be arrested.

5. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
