WRIT PETITION NO. 17101 OF 2009 O R D E R :

Heard counsel appearing for the parties.

2. The petitioner complains against the inaction of first respondent in paying salaries amounting to Rs. 23,283-50 paise as illegal and arbitrary.

3. On 23/9/2009, this Court directed the first respondent to pay Rs.23,283-50 paise. The first respondent filed counter-affidavit and in paragraph No.4 details of payment are referred to.

4. Having regard to the stand in paragraph No.4 of the counter-affidavit of the first respondent, the counsel for petitioner submits that no further order is necessary.

5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
