Heard learned counsel for petitioner and the learned standing counsel for respondents.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the prayer in the writ petition is similar to the prayer in WP.No.20084 of 2012.

3. This court through order dated 24/01/2013 dismissed WP.No. 20084 of 2012.

4. By following the reasons stated in the said decision, it is stated that the present writ petition is to be dismissed.

5. Having regard to the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

6. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
