HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1786 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order dated 22.02.2012 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17097 of 2010. The operative portion of the said order reads as follows: "In that view of the matter, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage directing respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representations dated 10.07.2008, 23.03.2010, 25.03.2010, 28.04.2010, 01.04.2010 and 06.05.2010, stated to have been made by the petitioner along with others and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, duly issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the unofficial respondents 3 to 7." 2.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents produced before this Court a copy of the intimation dated 07.12.2016 in compliance with the aforesaid order and the same was received by the petitioner on the same date.

In view of disposal of the representations of the petitioner, no further action need be taken in the present Contempt Case. 4.
