HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1607 of 2017 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash Crime No.263 of 2016 on the file of Central Crime Station, Hyderabad. Learned Public Prosecutor produced before this Court a letter dated 15.10.2019 addressed to him by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, WCO, A-Division, Central Crime Station, Hyderabad, wherein it is stated that the investigation in the aforesaid crime is completed and charge sheet is filed before the learned XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, vide C.C.No.232 of 2018.

In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
