HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 30786 of 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking the following relief:

" To issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 4th respondent in disposing of the applications dated 13.06.2013 and 05.11.2016 for mutation of the name of the petitioner as pattadar and possessor, basing on the ownership certificate No. A2/ 322/ 77, issued under Section 38-E of Telangana Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950 by deleting the names of unconcerned persons in all revenue records, in respect of land in Sy.Nos. 481, 484, 489, 490, 492, 493, 497, 498, 499, 501, 502, 503, 504, 505 and 509 to an extent of 2/ 3rd share of land out of an extent of Ac.35.23 gts., situated at Gundlagudem village of Alair Mandal, Yadadri Bhongir district, as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to Telangana Tenancy and Agirucltural Lands Act, 1950 and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, inclusive of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondent No.4 to pass orders on the applications dated 13.06.2013 and 05.11.2016 in respect of subject land

situated at Gundlagudem village of Alair Mandal, Yadadri Bhongir district."

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application made by the petitioner seeking necessary entries in the revenue records.

The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner is required to make a suitable application in Form6A through online, in which event the same will be considered in accordance with law.

Giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh application as per Form-6A, the present writ petition is disposed of. In the event of such an application being made by the petitioner, the authorities shall consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
