THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.BHASKAR REDDY Contempt Case NO. 2158 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders passed by this Court dated 02.08.2016 in W.P.M.P.No.30609 of 2016 in W.P.No.24790 of 2016.

Vide above said orders, this Court directed the respondents to stop the illegal and unauthorized constructions carried out by respondent Nos. 2 and 6 under sections 452, 461 and 636 of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act for the house property bearing No.11-5-151, Naya Mohala, Saroornagar, L.B.Nagar, R.R.District. This Contempt Case is pending from 2016 and the same was not taken cognizance under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed as no further orders are necessary. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
