This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not registering the petitioner's complaint dated 30.04.2018, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard both sides.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to take action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.04.2018, in accordance with the guidelines laid down by the Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh (2014) 2 SCC 1. No order as to costs.
