THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION Nos.12747 OF 2023 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/Accused Nos.1 to 10 seeking bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.344 of 2023 on the file of Yacharam Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 182, 467, 468 and 471 r/w. 34 of IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

The case of the de-facto complainant is that he owns Ac.15-00 of land which was purchased in the year, 2006. However, he came to know that Ac.1-00 of land was shown in the Dharani portal alleged to have been purchased by the 1st petitioner in the year, 1998. On the basis of the said document, other petitioners have agreed to purchase the said land.

From the complaint, it appears that there are disputes regarding entries in Dharani portal and also regarding document No.860/1998.

Since the allegations are based on the document and entries in the concerned registration office, the petitioners can be granted the relief of anticipatory bail, subject to following conditions:-
1) The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 10 are directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Yacharam Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, on or before 05.01.2024. Upon such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioners/Accused on bail, on their executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, for a like sum each to his satisfaction.
2) On such release, the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 10 shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer on every Monday at 10:00 a.m. for a period of four weeks for the purpose of investigation and thereafter, as and when required.
3) The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 10 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C and shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer in investigating the case.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
