HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 30740 of 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not mutating the name of the petitioner in the concerned revenue records, in respect of the landed properties pursuant to the Will Deed dated 01.10.2015, taking into consideration the petitioners' applications dated 10.03.2018, 05.05.2018 and 21.05.2018, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made application through Mee Seva, vide No. ADLC011804049376 on 07.05.2018, but no orders have been passed on the said application.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that if the petitioner has made an application, the same would be dealt with by the Tahsildar in accordance with the provisions of law, by taking into consideration the objections, if any, raised by third parties.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with consent, at the admission stage, directing the Tahsildar, Bapatla, Guntur District-the 4th respondent herein to deal with the application

made by the petitioner, after hearing all concerned, including the petitioner, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of ten to twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
