HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.81 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw O.S.No.68 of 2007 from the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge Court, Amalapuram, and transfer the same to the other competent court of jurisdiction at Amalapuram, for disposal in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded and the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any filed in this civil miscellaneous petition, shall stand closed.
