ORAL ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) dated 28.6.2016 canceling the trade license granted to first petitioner. This Court by order dated 23.8.2016 granted interim stay as prayed. Praying to vacate the said interim order, WVMP 3815 of 2016 is filed.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for vacate petitioner produced proceedings Rc No.60/E5/DM&HO/MDCL /RTI/2017-316 dated 20.10.2017 whereunder on a representation made by Dr.D.Ramachandraiah, representing petitioners, stating that they have closed first petitioner hospital, the District Medical and Health Officer, Medchal District cancelled the certificate of registration. 3.

In view of cancellation of registration, cause in the writ petition does not survive and according the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.

Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
