Natures Fresh Dairy And Allied Food Products, v. Bank Of India,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.KANTHA RAO W.P.No.15187 of 2016 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice V.Ramasubramanian) What is challenged in this writ petition is only a letter issued by the Bank directing the petitioner to honour the order passed by this Court in a Writ Petition bearing No.6715 of 2016. Such a letter cannot be challenged, as even otherwise, the petitioner has an obligation to comply with the Court order. However, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks enlargement of time to comply with the order passed. But in a fresh writ petition enlargement of time granted in a previous writ petition cannot be sought. The petitioner has to work out other appropriate remedies and not to come up with a fresh writ petition. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
