HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 30847 of 2018 ORDER:
1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not incorporating the name of the petitioner in the revenue records by deleting the name of the father of the petitioner, on an application made through mee-seva and paying mutation fee, in respect of land admeasuring Ac.0.33 cents in Sy.No.63/ 1/ F, situated at Racherla Village of Pentapadu Mandal, West Godavari District, as illegal and arbitrary.
2) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application made by the petitioner seeking necessary entries in the revenue records.
3) The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner is required to make a suitable application in Form6A through online, in which event the same will be considered in accordance with law.
4) Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh application as per
Form-6A, in which event the authorities shall deal with the same and pass orders in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of ten (10) weeks from the date of receipt of the application.
5) There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
