HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CIVIL REVISON PETITION No.5996 of 2016 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by order dated 06-04-2014 passed in I.A.(SR).No.2439 of 2016 in O.S.No.189 of 2016 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Alamuru. After arguing the matter for sometime, the learned counsel for petitioner confined his argument only in connection with disposal of O.S.No.189 of 2016 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Alamuru, and prays to direct the trial court to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.

Considering the nature of suit and also the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits, this court is of the view that the Civil Revision Petition can be disposed of with the following direction :- The trial Court is directed to dispose of O.S.No.189 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
