This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 26.07.2016 in I.A.No.400 of 2016 in O.S.No.66 of 2008 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Hindupur, to summon the Bank Manager, Canara Bank, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore.

Since this Court allowed C.R.P.No.4030 of 2016 to call for the documents in question from the Bank Manager, Canara Bank, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore to exercise power under Section 73 of the Indian Evidence Act to testify the said documents, it is necessary to summon the Bank Manager, Canara Bank, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore.

In the result, the civil revision petition is allowed setting aside the order dated 26.07.2016 in I.A.No.400 of 2015 in O.S.No.66 of 2008 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Hindupur by allowing I.A.No.400 of 2015. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
