Heard counsel for the petitioner, Sri B.Narayana Reddy, Standing Counsel for 1st respondent, the Government Pleader for Forest appearing for respondents 2 to 4 and the Government Pleader for Industries appearing for respondents 5 to 7.

2. Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition alleging that the petitioner had applied to respondents 2 and 4 for grant of Environmental Clearance to the petitioner on 29.03.2016 for grant of quarry lease and that no orders have been passed by respondents 2 and 4 till date.

3. The Government Pleader for Forest states that the respondents 2 and 4 will consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision thereon to the petitioner.

4. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 and 4 to dispose of the petitioner's representation within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
