THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.2449 of 2016 ORDER :

Petitioner is an unemployee and seeking employment for recruitment to the post of Assistant Executive Engineer (Mechanical), as a consequence to the recruitment notification No.12 of 2015 issued by the Telangana State Public Service Commission. As the petitioner is seeking appointment to the post born in the service of State of Telangana, petitioner has to avail the remedy available under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 before Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (APAT). The APAT being an alternative, effective judicial forum and being the Court of first instance, the petitioner cannot directly invoke the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. Having regard to the above, the writ petition is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available under the Administrative Tribunals Act. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
