HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.23315 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the notice dated 30.06.2016 issued by the 2nd respondent wherein the petitioner was asked to submit comments on or before 07.07.2016 as to why his name should not be referred to Indian Banks' Association.

Heard Sri R.Raghunandan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

It is not the case of the petitioner that the impugned notice is without jurisdiction. Normally, this Court will not interfere with the show cause notice unless it is issued without jurisdiction.

Since the impugned notice is only a show cause notice, it is open for the petitioner to submit explanation to the said notice within a period of four weeks from today and on such explanation being made by the petitioner, the respondents may consider the same in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER
