This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in Crime No.49 of 2013 of P.S.Kanchikacherla, Krishna District. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh represented that the Police already filed charge sheet in the said crime, the same was numbered as C.C.No.372 of 2013 and the said case was ended in acquittal on 13.08.2014 and prayed to dismiss the petition.

Recording the said submission, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
