THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO TRANSFER CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.898 OF 2016 ORDER:

The transfer petition is filed by the petitioner/ husband under Section 24 C.P.C., to transfer O.P.No.1211 of 2016 on the file of the Family Court, Miyapur, Ranga Reddy District, to the Family Court, Secunderabad.

Heard both sides.

From the consensus arrived at by the parties, O.P.No.1211 of 2016 on the file of the Family Court, Miyapur, Ranga Reddy District and O.P.No.363 of 2016 on the file of the Family Court, Secunderbad, are withdrawn from the respective Courts and transferred to the Judge, Family Court at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District. Both the Courts shall transmit the records to the Family Court at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, immediately, to proceed further by clubbing both the matters or for simultaneous disposal by giving to one date conveniently for the appearance of the parties. Both the parties are directed to appear before the said Court in both the matters, on 08.12.2017 without expecting any notices.
