Heard.

The grievance of the petitioner is that her application for grant of pattadar passbooks and title deeds and mutation of her name in the revenue records is not being considered by the 4th respondent. She states that her husband viz., Sri Sapuri Narasanna was the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.9-31 cents in Sy.No.11 situated at Karivena Village, Atmakur Mandal, Kurnool District, having purchased the same under registered sale deed, 07-01-1974.

While he was in possession and enjoyment of the said land, he is stated to have gifted the same to the petitioner under an unregistered gift settlement deed, dated 21-061984. The petitioner now seeks mutation of her name in the revenue records and for that purpose, she stated to have approached the 4th respondent. She also made representations to the Collector and Deputy Chief Minister (Revenue). The Collector vide proceedings, dated 06-05-2015 directed the 4th respondent to look into the request of the petitioner and take necessary action. The petitioner states that in spite of the said direction, no action is taken.

Though the petitioner's application and representations are on record, the application under Form 6-A is not produced before this Court. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that liberty may be given to the petitioner to make fresh application in the prescribed proforma before the 4th respondent to enable him to consider the same. In the circumstances, therefore, the petitioner is permitted to make fresh application under Form 6-A of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 read with Rule 18 of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1989 seeking issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds. On receipt of the same, the 4th respondent shall examine the matter afresh in

the light of the directions of the Collector, referred to above, and pass appropriate orders within six weeks from the date of receipt of such application.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
