This revision petition is filed under Section 83 of A.P.Wakf Act assailing the order dated 24.10.2016 passed in O.A.No.45 of 2013 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Wakf Tribunal at Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
