HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.1237 of 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in not conducting the investigation in pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner on 07.11.2012. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submits that on a private complaint, a case in crime No.233 of 2012 was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3(i)(v) SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989 and 504 and 506 IPC against the petitioner and one M.Venkata Ramana Rao and Y.Suryakumari and while the above said crime was under investigation, the petitioner lodged a complaint against M.Venkateswarlu (complainant in crime No.233 of 2012), Bhukya Rama and Banavath Gobriya based on which, a case in crime No.234 of 2012 was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341 and 506 r/w 34 IPC. Both the above crimes are under investigation.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary to be passed in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall also stand closed.
