When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Pleader that the Deputy Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise, Khammam, deposited the vehicle before the Court of the Additional District Judge, Khammam.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to avail the remedies available under the law. No order as to costs.
