Aggrieved by the inaction of 4th respondent - Station House Officer, Jaggampeta Police Station, Jaggampeta, East Godavari District, in conducting investigation in Cr.No.113/2017 dated 21.07.2017, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police and Station House Officer, Jaggampeta Police Station, East Godavari District, dated 14.09.2018, stating that the above said crime, which was registered based on the complaint of the petitioner, was investigated into and the allegations are found to be false and as per the orders of the Sub Divisional Police Officer, Peddapuram vide C.No.244/RCO/SDPOP/2018 dated 31.05.2018, case was referred as 'false' and notice was sent to the petitioner by registered post on 14.09.2018, informing the result of investigation, and the final report was filed before the court of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Peddapuram on 14.09.2018.

Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available under law.
