Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents.

It is stated by counsel on both sides that the issue raised herein is covered by the order dt.07.08.2017 in W.P.No.26238 of 2017.

Therefore, for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the said order as well as the order dt.31.10.2016 in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and batch read with the order in W.P.MP.No.16343 of 2017 in W.P.No.18779 of 2014 dt.13.04.2017. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
