Heard both the counsel.

The present Criminal Revision Case is filed against the orders passed in M.P.No.1362 of 2009 in M.C.No.147 of 2009 dated 16.11.2009 on the file of the Court of the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of JHCBBC cum Additional Family Court cum XXIII Additional Chief Judge, Hyderabad, granting a sum of Rs.3,500/- p.m. towards interim maintenance to respondent No.1.

During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by both the counsel that the maintenance case has been disposed of on 29.9.2010, against which, Crl.R.C.No.2137 of 2010 was filed.

In view of the above, the present Criminal Revision Case has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
