WRIT PETITION No. 30734 of 2018 This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in dropping petitioner's institute from the list of empanelled institutes through Lr.No.158/CEDM/Civils/2018, dt.30.07.2018 and withdrawing the sponsored candidates allotted under "Free Coaching to Minority candidates for Civil Services Examination 2020" only based on a fictional and invalid article published in an English Daily against one of the former director of La Excellence Institute.

WRIT PETITION No. 17912 of 2019 This writ petition is filed challenging action of the respondents in dropping petitioner's institute which is one of the empanelled institutes to the students selected for sponsorship for "Free Coaching to Minority candidates for Civil Services Examination 2020" and not allotting students as per their choice under the said scheme. Since the subject matter of both these writ petitions is one and the same, they are heard together and disposed of by this common order.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Advocate General for respondents.

Learned Advocate General fairly submits that additional counter affidavit has been filed granting relief to the petitioners. Respondent No.4-The director, Telangana State Minorities Study Circle in WP.No.17912 of 2019, filed additional counter affidavit stating at para-5 as follows;

"It is submitted that after consultation with the Government in a meeting held on 16-09-2019 we have decided to include the name of Writ Petitioner in the empanelled list of the coaching institutes and they all the waiting list candidate from the rank of 101 to 120 and also earlier about 80 candidates will be allowed to opt a fresh, out of the new list of empanelled of coaching institute including the Writ Petitioner Institute as per their choice."

Learned Counsel for the petitioners state that the writ petitions can be disposed of recording the aforesaid submission of 4th respondent.

In view of the above, recording the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the 4th respondent, both the writ petitions are disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these writ petitions, shall stand closed.
