THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13913 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

2. The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that the petitioners had applied on 29-07-2015 for updation of the online record to the 4th respondent and that no action has been taken by 4th respondent in this regard.

Learned counsel for petitioners states that the petitioners had also not been issued pattadar pass book and title deeds in respect of the subject land by 4th respondent.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the petitioners should apply in Form 6A prescribed in the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short "the Act") for mutation as well as for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed and if such application is filed, the 4th respondent will consider the same in accordance with law

within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of such application.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to apply in Form 6A prescribed under the Act for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of such application. The 4th respondent is also directed to consider petitioners' application dt.29-07-2015 for updating the online revenue record in Mee Seva portal within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.

7. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
