HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.931 of 2017 ORDER:

The present Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act stating that the respondent has willfully and deliberately disobeyed the order dated 07.09.2016 passed in W.P.No.37853 of 2016.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the request of the petitioner was considered and rejected vide proceedings No.B/ 370/ 2017, dated 31.05.2017. In view of the submission made, no order need to be passed and accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said rejection. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
