THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.19689 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioner was appointed as a Casual Labour in November 1990 in an organization called 'RESCO' at Atmakur, SPSR Nellore District and after liquidation he was transferred to A.P.S.P.D.C.L. He has been working as Junior Assistant since 2004. In connection with the transaction with one M.Ramaiah, the said Ramaiah filed F.I.R. No.3/2016 on the file of Duttaluru Police Station under Section 420 IPC and the petitioner was arrested. Later on, he was released on bail. The petitioner was kept under suspension by proceedings dated 27.01.2016 till the termination of criminal proceedings. He filed W.P.No.8867/2016 and the same was withdrawn with a liberty to file fresh writ petition. In the meanwhile, the complaint was compromised before the Lok ADalat at Udayagiri, SPSR Nellore District. In view of compromise of the matter, he submitted a representation on 28.05.2016 to respondent No.4. When no orders were passed on the said representation, the present writ petition was filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. In view of the limited relief sought for in the present writ petition seeking disposal of the representation dated 28.05.2016, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to respondent No.4 to consider the said representation of petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon with a period of four (4) weeks from today.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
