Heard. Perused the record.

The prayer in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is to withdraw O.P.No.2490 of 2017 from the file of Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, and transfer the same to the Family Court, Vijayawada, Krishna District.

It is pertinent to state that the subject O.P.No.2490 of 2017 was filed before the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, in the year 2017. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition was filed on 27.08.2018. At that time, there was a common High Court for the States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Since the erstwhile common High Court was bifurcated with effect from 01.01.2019, this Court has no jurisdiction to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

With the above observation, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Transfer CMP shall stand closed.
