Heard.

The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner alleging that the 4th respondent and his subordinates are interfering with her land admeasuring Ac.5-00 cents in Sy.No.459-3 situated at Mayayanur Village, Kundirpi Mandal, Anantapuram District, without issuing any notice and without giving any opportunity of personal hearing. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue has received instructions, which state that pattadar passbooks and title deeds were issued in favour of the petitioner vide Khata No.1147, dated 01-051999. The instructions further state as follows:- Ø "Since then, no changes are took place in Adangal and IB registers of Malayanur village in respect to the land in Sy.No.4593, extent Ac.5.00 cents and the said land is stands in the name of Smt. Vadde Sanna Hanumakka, W/o. late Vadde Thimmappa, till the date.

Ø While the matter is said above, it is submitted that no applications/representations received from any person to assign/transfer the land in Sy.No.459-3, extent: Ac.5.00 cents by cancelling Patta & PPB/TDs issued in favour of Smt. Vadde Sanna Hunumakka, W/o. Late Vadde Thimmappa who is the present petitioner.

Ø Further, no instructions have been received from the 3rd respondent herein i.e., the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kalyandurg in respect to the land in Sy.No.459-3, extent: Ac.500 of Malyanur Village of Kundurpi Mandal for taking any action in the matter.

Ø The 4th respondent herein i.e., the Tahsildar, Kundurpi Mandal is not taken up any action with regards mutation of the land in Sy.No. 459-3, extent Ac.5.00 cents.

Ø Hence, the interference of 3rd and 4th respondents herein does not arise in respect to the petitioner's land in Sy.No.459-3, extent: Ac.5.00 of Malayanur Village of Kundurpi Mandal."

It is evident from the above that absolutely there is no interference by the revenue authorities as alleged by the petitioner and the writ petition is filed merely on apprehension, hence the same is liable to be dismissed.
