This appeal was referred to the High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad For the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh and award dated 12.06.2015 had been passed by the said Committee with the consent of both sides.

Therefore, this appeal is disposed of in terms of the said compromise/award. Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
