Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Medical and Health inform the Court that the order dated 18.07.2018 passed by this court in W.P.No.24490 of 2018 is complied.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed and the respondents are discharged from contempt proceedings. The earlier order dated 05.03.2019 of issuing nonbailable warrant is recalled. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
