HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.30826 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue (AP). With the consent of both the parties, the main writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the fourth respondent in not mutating the petitioner's name in the revenue records and not issuing title deed and 'E" pass book in respect of land admeasuring Ac.4.07 cents in Sy.No.555/ 1, Ac.1.10 cents in Sy.No.555/ 8, Ac.2.35 cents in Sy.No.555/ 9 of Kankanampadu Village, Veligandla Mandal, Prakasham District, as illegal and arbitrary.

3) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to consider his application date dated 09.04.2018. It is his case that though he made an application on 09.04.2018, till date no orders are passed. 4) The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the said application is still pending consideration, the authorities may be directed to consider the said application in accordance with law.

5) Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the fourth respondent to deal with the application dated 09.04.2018 and pass orders, in accordance with law, at the earliest.

6) There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
