Respondents THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION Nos.27859 OF 2014 AND 10964 OF 2015 COMMON ORDER:

These Writ Petitions are instituted by the Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituencies (MPTCs.) alleging that though they were elected in May, 2014, they are not administering oath of office and, therefore, they could not resume their duties as Members of MPTCs. Having regard to the said G.O., issued by the Government vide G.O.Ms.No.52, dated 20.06.2015, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the grievance of the petitioners stood answered and no further orders are required to be passed in these Writ Petitions. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
