This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 12.06.2018 passed in I.A.No.255 of 2018 in O.S.No.3 of 2018 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, at Shadnagar, Mahaboobnagar District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
