The petitioner approached this Court aggrieved by the action of the police authorities in not registering his complaint and taking suitable action thereon. The written instructions furnished to the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home by the Station House Officer, II Town Police Station,

Mahaboobnagar District, reflect that the petitioner lodged a complaint on 26.4.2011 with the police and basing thereon, Crime No.70 of 2011 was registered on the file of the Station House Officer, II Town Police Station, Mahaboobnagar District, under Sections 143, 324 and 379 I.P.C. and investigation commenced.

In that view of the matter, the grievance of the petitioner that his complaint was not registered and necessary action was not taken thereon stands redressed.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
