CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.2777 of 2010 Dt: 10.08.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "issue a Writ, direction or order more particularly in the nature of Writ of PROHIBITION to prevent the A.P. State Consumer disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad from usurping its jurisdiction in CC 30/2008 with which it is not legally vested, and to confine within limits of its jurisdiction and by declaring the action of the A.P. State Consumer disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad is nothing but exceeding its jurisdiction, which is arbitrary and unconstitutional and violative of fundamental rights enshrined in the Constitution of India."
At the hearing, Mr.Srinivas Karra, learned Counsel for respondent No.3, submitted that by Order, dated 27-07-2010, the Andhra Pradesh State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad, has disposed of CC.No.30 of 2008. He has placed a copy of the said Order before us.
Mr.V.Hariharan, learned Counsel for the petitioner, while admitting that the CC, in respect of which the present Writ Petition is filed, was disposed of, however, stated that that his client may be permitted to avail appropriate legal remedies against the aforesaid order.
In the light of the submissions of the learned Counsel for the parties as noted above, the Writ Petition is disposed of as
CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.2777 of 2010 Dt: 10.08.2018 infructuous with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 10-02-2010, is vacated and WPMP.No.3666 of 2010 is disposed of as infructuous.
