HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO W.P.No.6458 of 2017 COMMON ORDER Challenging the registration of FIR No.176 of 2016, dated 8.11.2016, by P.Gannavaram Police Station, East Godavari District, against the petitioner, on the complaint of the 3rd respondent, the present writ petition is filed.

The 3rd respondent in his complaint dated 5.11.2016 stated that when the Mandal Revenue Inspector and Village Revenue Officer inspected the disputed land on the complaint of one S.Nageswara Rao, they were abused and prevented from discharging their duties by the petitioner and others. In that connection, crime was registered, and investigation is in progress. In view of the averments in the complaint, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the process of investigation. However, the respondents are directed to follow due process of law while investigating the said crime.
