HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.45646 OF 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not fixing the boundaries in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.4.36 guntas in Survey No.50, situated at Kattedhan Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that already notices were issued for conducting survey, but till today, no action is being taken.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue on instructions submits that two months time is required for completing the survey process.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to complete the survey within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
